view session

Reinforcement is a powerful tool that we should be using generously and frequently but is sometimes not used to its full potential. This session will provide participants with a variety of topics such as how to increase your positive praise frequency, why reinforcement is such a valuable piece of your behavior management programming, how to fade reinforcement programs, what to do about the “how come they get . . .” questions, why reinforcement is not bribery, and ideas for group and individual reinforcement schedules that you may not have thought of before.

Presenter:
Matt McNiff
Time:
2:45 pm - 3:30 pm CT
